Both modes are supported. Most clients start in shadow mode (AI drafts, human sends) for the first weeks to tune voice, then graduate to autonomous mode for first-touch + FAQ, with human hand-off rules for anything outside its competence.

No. The agent runs natively in Kommo, so your conversation logs stay where the rest of your customer data lives — inside your Kommo workspace, under your existing data-processing terms with Kommo. Nothing is exposed to third-party AI providers by us.

It hands off. When > Do triggers handle the hand-off: low-confidence answers, anything mentioning refund / cancellation / legal / pricing negotiation, or any explicit "speak to a human" request. The Kommo lead card is tagged, the right manager is paged, and the conversation context is preserved.
