WeAreWay Ltd (registered in England, headquartered at 20 Hammersmith Broadway, London W6 7AB) operates this site as its Kommo CRM specialism. Data controller contact: [email protected].

This site uses two non-essential third-party services:

• Google Analytics 4 — measures pageviews, sessions and basic device info to help us understand which content is useful. Data is sent to Google and may be processed in the US. Anonymised IP. No advertising features enabled.
• Kommo chat widget — provides live chat. If you send a message, the contents and any contact info you supply are transmitted to Kommo (kommo.com) and stored in our CRM workspace so we can reply. See kommo.com/privacy.

Both services are off by default. They load only after you click Accept in the cookie banner.

When you submit the contact form, we send the fields you provide (name, email, company, message) directly to our Kommo workspace via their API. This is essential to respond to you and is processed on the basis of your request — no separate consent required.

• Withdraw consent at any time — open the cookie banner again and click Reject, or clear the cookie-consententry in your browser's local storage.
• Access / delete your data — email [email protected] with the email address you used. We aim to respond as soon as possible and within the timeframes required by UK GDPR.

• cookie-consent (localStorage, essential) — remembers your choice. Without it, the banner would re-appear every visit. Not sent to any server.
• If accepted: Google sets _ga and _ga_* cookies (~24-month retention). Kommo sets its own session cookies for the chat widget.
